Preamble
Recognizing the power of education to drive inclusive growth, cultural understanding, and sustainable development, the Asian Education Coalition (AEC) is established to advance equitable, high-quality, and culturally relevant education systems across Asia. AEC brings together stakeholders from education, policy, technology, and civil society to foster collaboration, innovation, and cross-border partnerships.
Name and Identity
The name of the organization is the Asian Education Coalition (AEC). AEC operates under the auspices of the IPN Foundation, with the founding leadership provided by Mr. Gaurava Yadav, Founder & Chairman.

To build a future where every learner across Asia has equitable access to quality education that fosters innovation, cultural identity, and global citizenship.

Governance Structure
- Founder & Chairman: Provides strategic leadership, convenes the Annual General Assembly, and approves national appointments.
- Board of Governors: Comprises regional and thematic leaders, providing oversight and strategic direction.
- Executive Secretariat: Manages day-to-day operations, based at IPN Foundation.
- National Chapter Leadership: National chapters led by Chapter Chairmen, with Vice Chairmen and Secretaries appointed in consultation with the Founder & Chairman.
- Working Groups: Thematic clusters focusing on key areas such as teacher training, digital equity, and cultural inclusion.
Tenure and Appointments
National Chapter leadership (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary) shall serve for a term of one year from 1st June to 31st May. Appointments and renewals are subject to performance evaluation and approval by the Founder & Chairman.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All information, documents, and intellectual property generated under AEC's operations are the sole property of AEC/IPN Foundation. Members and office bearers are required to ensure the confidentiality of coalition knowledge and strategic data. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing of AEC materials is strictly prohibited.
Use of AEC Identity
Official AEC branding, logos, and materials may be used solely for approved activities and must adhere to the Brand Usage Policy issued by the Secretariat. Any misuse or unauthorized use may result in the revocation of privileges and legal action.
Convenings and Assemblies
- Annual General Assembly: Brings together global members to review progress, plan strategies, and amend the charter if required.
- Biannual Regional Dialogues: Focus on regional challenges and cross-border partnerships.
- Monthly Knowledge Exchanges: Virtual sessions for sharing insights, case studies, and innovations.
- Youth and Educator Summits: Platforms for engaging young leaders and educators in dialogue and action.
Amendments
This charter may be amended through a two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Governors, followed by ratification during the Annual General Assembly.
Dissolution
In the event of dissolution, any remaining assets and intellectual property shall revert to the IPN Foundation or its designated successors, to be used solely for educational development purposes.
